These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Polygonal ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1.1 Eligibility: The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 are not permitted to access or use the App.
1.2 License: A non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license is granted to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.1 Users must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms while using the App.
2.2 Users must not:
Modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.
Use the App for fraudulent or harmful activities.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
3.1 The App may offer in-app purchases. All transactions are processed through the platform’s payment system (e.g., Apple App Store), and users are subject to the respective terms of those platforms.
3.2 All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable laws.
4.1 All content within the App, including but not limited to graphics, text, trademarks, and software, is the property of the Polygonal developer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4.2 Users may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the App without explicit permission.
5.1 The App may include links to or integrations with third-party services. The App is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of these third parties. Users should review their respective terms and policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, the Polygonal developers and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
The App reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Updates will be posted within the App, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
